Your neighbor in West Lakeland said: "Hunter sent my mother and father a letter stating he was interested in purchasing the house. My parents were interested in selling but weren’t quite ready but they did keep the letter. My dad had told me that he had talked to Hunter and when the time was right he was going to get back in touch with him.
Fast foreword a couple years and both my mother and father past away leaving me and my sister the house which was full of stuff. I live out of state and my sister is married with 3 kids, all in multiple sports, and lives about 30 minuets away from our parents house. That being said we needed to sell the house as quick as possible and as is.
I contacted Hunter and he came and looked at the house. We discussed what we each thought was a fair price and terms that worked for both parties and came to an agreement.
Hunter followed through on everything he said he would and was very kind though the whole process! He took the house as is, at a fair price and was able to close in a very short time.
In the short time between signing our purchase agreement and the date of closing I ran into some family friends who were familiar with Hunter and his work. They insured me that I would be very happy with him and the results which was very comforting. In the end they were right. We were very happy with how everything turned out. Your neighbor in Bayport said: "Hunter entered our situation at the perfect time - we had lost our mother in November of 2015 and were not prepared to take on her estate. There are three sisters and none of us were in the situation to keep the house and fix it. The house was full of garbage and stuff that just needed to be thrown away. We had thought we could clean it ourselves and try to sell but realized how much time, money and work it really needed and we had none of that. We found Hunter's letter and called him to set up a walkthrough at the house. He came to the house in June of 2016 and gave us an offer. He included that he would take care of everything, including finishing the clean out. We accepted the offer and by July, we closed on the house. He did everything he said he would do plus more. He allowed us to view the property after he finished renovating it.
